Greetings from Hopkinsville, KY. We invite you to join us for the 9th Annual Summer Salute Festival.
Event Date/Time – Friday, September 12 – Saturday, September 13, 2025, 11a.m. to 10 p.m.
Located – Downtown Hopkinsville, 9th Street & Bethel Street, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 42240.
This will be a 2-day festival with entertainment headliners that will attract guests and locals to food booths in beautiful downtown Hopkinsville. Admission is free for visitors, and they will want to purchase food and crafts. The festival will attract visitors of all types to explore the vendor and food booths that will be set up through the streets of downtown Hopkinsville!
Please go to https://form.jotform.com/250014486282150 for Product Vendor Registration. Deadline to register is June 30, 2025. If the application is not filled out completely it will not arrive to us. In the spirit of giving our vendors the best opportunity to generate sales, we will be limiting the number of vendors for specific items. Spots are prioritized, by the submission timestamp.
Attached is the Summer Salute 2025 Product Vendor information. Please read all information.
We will evaluate your application within 3 business days of your submission date to review your application status. If accepted, an invoice, from the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation RecDesk software, will be sent to the email listed on your application. The invoice MUST be paid in full within 3 business days of your acceptance notification. Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received. Submission of form does not guarantee acceptance. If declined, staff from Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation will contact you within 3 business days.

The City of Hopkinsville, Division of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to close registration prior to June 30, 2025, if required number of vendor spaces are filled prior to the above deadline.
