All kinds of things capture the attention of artists who share them in unexpected ways with the rest of us! PAPA artist Jan Barrett gives us some of those views this month in her special featured exhibit which includes Traffic Cop. Not willing to go unnoticed, this bird reflects many colors of its surroundings and ensures our attention by perching atop the light where everyone is focused.
